Tunggu jer lah....

Before i left this post, Fa nk kongsi ttg perkembangan baby serta ibu dia di usia 7 bulan...

How your baby's growing:

By this week, your baby weighs two and a quarter pounds (like a Chinese cabbage) and measures 14.8 inches from the top of her head to her heels. She can blink her eyes, which now sport lashes. With her eyesight developing, she may be able to see the light that filters in through your womb. She's also developing billions of neurons in her brain and adding more body fat in preparation for life in the outside world.

How your life's changing:

You're in the home stretch! The third and final trimester starts this week. If you're like most women, you'll gain about 11 pounds this trimester.

At this point, you'll likely visit your doctor or midwife every two weeks. Then, at 36 weeks, you'll switch to weekly visits. Depending on your risk factors, your practitioner may recommend repeating blood tests for HIV and syphilis now, as well as doing cultures for chlamydia and gonorrhea, to be certain of your status before delivery. Also, if your glucose screening test result was high and you haven't yet had follow-up testing, you'll soon be given the 3-hour glucose tolerance test. And if the blood work done at your first prenatal visit showed that you're Rh negative, you'll get an injection of Rh immunoglobulin to prevent your body from developing antibodies that could attack your baby's blood. (If your baby is Rh positive, you'll receive another shot of Rh immunoglobulin after you give birth.)

Around this time, some women feel an unpleasant "creepy-crawly" sensation in their lower legs and an irresistible urge to move them while trying to relax or sleep. If this sensation is at least temporarily relieved when you move, you may have what's known as restless legs syndrome (RLS). No one knows for sure what causes RLS, but it's relatively common among expectant mothers. Try stretching or massaging your legs, and cut down on caffeine, which can make the symptoms worse. Ask your caregiver if you should try iron supplements, which can sometimes relieve RLS.

Yeahhhh 6 month...

Hi fellas....

Kene makan asam plak tuk hilangkan rasa loya tu....Selalunya fa makan bende2 manis, tapi skrg ni dah tukar nk bende masam2 plak kalau raya loya.....haihhhhh.

Klah, ni ade sedikit info ttg kandungan yg dah masuk 24 weeks....

How your baby's growing:

Your baby's growing steadily, having gained about 4 ounces since last week. That puts him at just over a pound. Since he's almost a foot long (picture an ear of corn), he cuts a pretty lean figure at this point, but his body is filling out proportionally and he'll soon start to plump up. His brain is also growing quickly now, and his taste buds are continuing to develop. His lungs are developing "branches" of the respiratory "tree" as well as cells that produce surfactant, a substance that will help his air sacs inflate once he hits the outside world. His skin is still thin and translucent, but that will start to change soon.

See what your baby looks like this week. (Or see what fraternal twins look like in the womb this week.)

Note: Every baby develops a little differently — even in the womb. Our information is designed to give you a general idea of your baby's development.

How your life's changing:

In the past few weeks, the top of your uterus has risen above your belly button and is now about the size of a soccer ball.

Most women have a glucose screening test (also called a glucose challenge test or GCT) between now and 28 weeks. This test checks for gestational diabetes, a pregnancy-related high-blood-sugar condition. Untreated diabetes increases your risk of having a difficult vaginal delivery or needing a cesarean section because it causes your baby to grow too large, especially in his upper body. It also raises your baby's odds for other complications like low blood sugar right after birth. A positive result on your GCT doesn't mean you have gestational diabetes, but it does mean that you'll need to take the glucose tolerance test (GTT) to find out for sure.

Finally, if you don't already know how to spot the signs of preterm labor, now's the time to learn. Contact your caregiver immediately if you notice any of the signs mentioned below.

So itulah, serba sedikit info from BABY CENTER....

OMG !!!...Dah 5 bulan dah?

Hello from BabyCenter!

You're at the halfway mark — congratulations! Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. He's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel — the length of a banana. (The way your baby is measured changes now.) He's swallowing more these days, which is good practice for his digestive system. He's also producing meconium, a black, sticky by-product of digestion. This gooey substance will accumulate in his bowels, and you'll see it in his first soiled diaper (although some babies pass meconium in the womb or during delivery).

Why you need iron and caring for bleeding gums

The top of your uterus is about level with your belly button, and you've likely gained around 10 pounds. Expect to gain another pound or so each week from now on. (If you started your pregnancy underweight, you may need to gain a bit more; if you were overweight, perhaps a bit less.) Make sure you're getting enough iron, a mineral that's used primarily to make hemoglobin (the part of your red blood cells that carries oxygen). During pregnancy, your body needs more iron to keep up with your expanding blood volume, as well as for your growing baby and the placenta. Iron-rich foods include red meat, poultry, fish, soy-based products, lentils and other legumes, spinach, prune juice, raisins, and iron-fortified cereals.

Have you noticed any tenderness or bleeding from your gums? Sensitive gums are a common complaint during pregnancy. Higher progesterone levels can make your gums react more to the bacteria in plaque. This, along with an increased blood supply to your mouth, can result in swollen, tender gums that may bleed when you floss or brush. About half of all pregnant women get this so-called "pregnancy gingivitis."

4 Month !!!

Hi semua....
Hampir 1 week fa x update this blog kan?....
Sorrylah sbb fa bz sikit lah...
Ok now fa dah masuk 4 month...sungguh seronok okkk!!!.
My tummy pun dah nmpk membuncit dah sikit....
Skrg ni hanya baju kurung jer yg masih muat tuk dipakai....
Nk shopping asyiklah malas & x sempat jer....bosannya.

Bwh ni ada sedikit info from BABY CENTER yg boleh dikongsi ttg kandungan yg da masuk 4 month....

How your baby's growing:

Get ready for a growth spurt. In the next few weeks, your baby will double his weight and add inches to his length. Right now, he's about the size of an avocado: 4 1/2 inches long (head to rump) and 3 1/2 ounces. His legs are much more developed, his head is more erect than it has been, and his eyes have moved closer to the front of his head. His ears are close to their final position, too. The patterning of his scalp has begun, though his locks aren't recognizable yet. He's even started growing toenails. And there's a lot happening inside as well. For example, his heart is now pumping about 25 quarts of blood each day, and this amount will continue to increase as your baby continues to develop.

This coming thursday, fa akan pegi buat MGTT Test @ Klinik Kerajaan.
U all mesti dah tahu kan ape MGTT Test tu kan?
Mana yg x tahu meh sini fa citekan sikit....
MGTT tu adalah test utk minum air gula....Ini bertujuan nk tgk sama ada kite ada tanda2 awal for diabetes.....OMG!!....Kene minum air gula. Sebenarnya test ni lah nk yg mengerunkan fa sbb kene minum air gula yg pekat tu....Pas tu x leh minum air kosong tau...Kene tggu 2 jam & lepas amik darah barulah boleh minum air kosong.....Sebelum tu kenelah berpuasa malam sebelum pegi buat test tu....

Itu semua gara-gara berat fa naik sampai 1.3 kg last check up...
Setahu fa sejak fa pregnant, baru tu lah berat fa naik sampai 1.3 kg....Rasenya after 3 month mcm tuh....sebelum ni maintain & turun jer....Tapi bila check nurse bising kata berat naik mendadak.....whateverlah. Sepatutnya ibu yg mengandung purata berat bdan naik setiap bulan adalah 0.5kg shj...Tu yg bila tgk fa naik 1.3kg terus kene buat MGTT Test....ntah ape2 kan? sehingga 5 bulan lah..then lepas tu 5 month, barulah purata tu naik ke 2 kg every month....
Apepun fa akan pegi buat jugak utk kebaikan fa & my lil dubies.....

Skrg ni fa mmg liat sgt nk minum susu....
Selalunya fa minum waktu breakfast jer....Malam fa mesti liat sgt2...
Kadang tu sampai hubby marah barulah g minum....
X tatau lah nape tekak ni x boleh menerima susu ni....
Cukup lemah bila disuruh minum susu....Boleh x tukar amik pil kalsium jer?
Tapi bagus ke tuk my baby?....Sbb pil kan? Hurmmmmmm kene dptkan nasihat from doktor dulu lah....

Rasenya itu jer kot buat minggu ni...
Nti sambung k....
Adios!!!

So this week, my baby dah masuk 14 minggu....
Wanna see perkembangan he / she?
Just read this aktikel from baby-gaga.....

Fetal development in pregnancy week 14:

Fetus in fourth month
Isn’t it glorious? You and your little buckaroo have roped your way right into trimester numero dos! Are you ready to rock!? Okay, okay… maybe just a little rolling and poking. Needless to say, your baby will definitely be making themselves known in the upcoming weeks. At about 3.5 inches long, their little body and limber limbs are coordinated enough for loads of complicated motions. In fact, their whole body is moving right now! You're not feeling it because their current size is still a bit too small to make an impact you'd recognize. Still, their movements are recognizable on an ultrasound. Speaking of which, you shoud be scheduling one with your health care provider! Week 16 is the classic date as you can usually determine whether your little one is going to pee standing up or sitting down. Your baby is also starting to develop the ability to move their eyes this week, although the eyelids still remain fused shut. What's more, they can make all sorts of fun facial expressions as they practice squinting, frowning, and grimacing. Cute development of the week: their little hands can grasp at things and they may already be sucking their thumb!

Yg ni plak aktikel from baby center....

Welcome to the second trimester! This week's big developments: Your baby can now squint, frown, grimace, pee, and possibly suck his thumb. Thanks to brain impulses, his facial muscles are getting a workout as his tiny features form one expression after another. His kidneys are producing urine, which he releases into the amniotic fluid around him — a process he'll keep up until birth. He can grasp, too, and if you're having an ultrasound now, you may even catch him sucking his thumb. In other news: Your baby's stretching out. From head to bottom, he measures 3 1/2 inches — about the size of a lemon — and he weighs 1 1/2 ounces.

So...Thank's to BABY GAGA & BABY CENTER !

13 weeks....

Weeeehhhooooooo....
Pejam celik pejam celik dah masuk 13 minggu...
Minggu ni minggu terakhir for my 1st trimester...x sabar nk tggu next week.
Alahan pun makin berkurangan cuma loya2 tetap maintain skrg ni...
After makan confirm loya2 punya....Hopely by next week, it will be ok.

Ni ada sedikit info ttg my lil' dubies yg dah masuk 13 minggu...
Enjoy it!

This is your final week in the first trimester and your little weed continues to grow and grow and grow. Of the three trimesters, this one has been the most important for your little one’s development. Assuming you’ve carefully adopted a healthy diet, continue to exercise and get ample rest, your little one is set up perfectly for even more growth and development in tri-two! Way to go! He or she now weighs about 2.5 ounces and is roughly 3.5 inches in length. Little hairs, known as lanugo, will start to cover their body this week, as their sense of taste and smell are further refined. Their cozy little amniotic sac is also increasing in size and mass as it continues to fill with more fluid.

Lil' Dubies makin membesar...

The most dramatic development this week:
Reflexes. Your baby's fingers will soon begin to open and close, his toes will curl, his eye muscles will clench, and his mouth will make sucking movements. In fact, if you prod your abdomen, your baby will squirm in response, although you won't be able to feel it. His intestines, which have grown so fast that they protrude into the umbilical cord, will start to move into his abdominal cavity about now, and his kidneys will begin excreting urine into his bladder. From crown to rump, your baby-to-be is just over two inches long (about the size of a lime) and weighs half an ounce.

Yeahhhhh....
Fa sgt teruja skrg ni...Tapi baby ibu jgn lah buat perut ibu memulas-mulas yer...
Kesian ibu...Now tggu my tummy getting bigger...

Oklah...that's all for today.
Esok sambung cite pasal keadaan ibu bila dah masuk 3 month ni yer....

Adiossssss!!!!
